Blended learning pilot program launches in three underground schools in Kherson region
In the Kherson Oblast, education has adapted to the challenges of the current situation, with students primarily engaging in online learning. However, as part of an innovative pilot project, several communities have initiated blended learning programs in three underground schools.
Oleksandr Tolokonnikov, head of the press service of the Kherson Oblast Military Administration, shared the news during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine.
“The children are thrilled to have the opportunity to study in person for at least half the day and interact with their friends,” he stated.
These underground schools are equipped with essential educational tools, ensuring a conducive learning environment for the students.
Tolokonnikov noted that the setup of classrooms in these facilities was largely funded by the state, supplemented by support from international organizations.
