Artem Lysohor: russia deploys unqualified doctors and teachers deemed unfit at home to occupied Luhansk region
russia is sending doctors and teachers from its remote regions, who are considered unsuitable for domestic roles, to work in institutions in the occupied Luhansk region.
This information was disclosed by Artem Lysohor, Head of the Luhansk Oblast Military Administration, during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.
“Teachers and doctors are being dispatched to the occupied territories from russia’s hinterlands to provide education and medical services. However, the issue arises that if these specialists are not fit for roles in their own country, it raises concerns about their qualifications. Even if these relocations are due to a shortage of medical and educational staff in russia, the qualifications of these individuals are questionable,” Lysohor stated. “Moreover, they have insufficient resources. All of our European and modern equipment was removed at the beginning of 2022, either sent to Luhansk and Donetsk or taken to russia,” he added.
