Approximately 120,000 people have received aid at mobile SES assistance points

Rescuers have deployed mobile assistance points across Kyiv where people can warm up, charge their devices, and speak with a psychologist.

Oleksandr Khorunzhyi, spokesperson for the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, announced this information at the Media Center Ukraine.

“Kyiv has 1,344 resilience points. The vast majority are stationary points provided by local authorities. The SES operates 24 resilience points based at fire stations, as well as 104 mobile assistance points across 70 locations. To date, assistance has been provided to over 120,000 people,” he noted.

He emphasized that these points are not basically adapted for overnight stays, but rather for temporary shelter. However, they operate around the clock. Therefore, people can warm up whenever needed. A map of the points can be found in the Diia and Kyiv Digital apps.
