The play, created during the spring and summer of 2024 at the Kharkiv Taras Shevchenko Academic Drama Theater “Berezil,” draws inspiration from the personal diaries of Taras Shevchenko. It seamlessly blends history with modernity, intertwining personal events and theatricality, lyrical depth with dark humor, and avant-garde music with pop tributes—highlighting Great Kobzar’s iconic poems, performed by singer EL Kravchuk. |
