The creators’ goal was to find out how Ukrainian startups can participate in the reconstruction and transformation of Ukraine in various directions (infrastructure, health care, education, trade, etc.) right now. Also, they wanted to investigate the actual needs of local authorities and institutions involved in the development and reconstruction of the regions.
