The Ukrainian Veterans Foundation will present the results of a focus group study conducted among veterans in June-September 2024 to determine how the state contributes to the social reintegration of veterans. It is worth noting that during the study, respondents indicated that the state is involved in all stages of reintegration: from rehabilitation to employment. At the same time, focus group participants often expressed the opinion that one of the tasks of the state in this process is to promote mutual understanding between veterans and civilians in order to prevent stigmatization of servicemen and women.
