After the war, labor conflicts in Ukraine may increase significantly – NMCS

After the end of martial law in Ukraine, a significant rise in the number of conflicts in the social and labor sphere is expected.

Dmytro Kukhniuk, head of the National Mediation and Conciliation Service (NMCS), emphasized this during a briefing at еру Media Center Ukraine.

“We know for certain that after the end of martial law, the number of conflicts in the social and labor sphere will increase manifold, possibly exponentially. Currently, there are restrictions on strikes and social protests, but once martial law is lifted, these will be abolished, and the number of conflicts will rise significantly,” Kukhniuk stated.

According to the head of NMCS, the Service is already monitoring the state of social and labor relations in Ukraine.

“We will observe these processes and are currently conducting monitoring of the situation in social and labor relations,” added Kukhniuk.
