After return of the so-called “Boyko towers”, russia’s access to this part of the sea is closed – Ukrainian Navy

Ukrainian defence intelligence officers have left the enemy without tools for monitoring and planning operations. This was stated by Dmytro Pletenchuk, spokesman for the Ukrainian Navy, at a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine – Odesa.

However, according to the officer, the threat from the air remains.

“As for the naval component, we can say that this area of the sea near the “Boyko towers” is now inaccessible to the russian navy. Thanks to our missile and coastal artillery units, which do not allow the russians to approach these towers. And Ukrainian defence intellgiance men have left the enemy without tools to plan operations and monitor the sea,” – Pletenchuk said.

He also added that the threats to Odesa region have neither increased nor decreased after this operation, because “the russians are already doing everything they can, and they have already done everything they could.”
