A whopping 80% of Ukraine’s agricultural products are shipped out via the Black Sea – Denys Marchuk
Ukraine successfully ships out 80% of its agricultural goods through the Black Sea. Additionally, around 3-5% of these products make their way through Poland, fluctuating slightly depending on the month.
Denys Marchuk, Deputy Chairman of the Ukrainian Agrarian Council, shared these insights during a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.
Marchuk emphasized the dominance of the Black Sea route, stating, “The Black Sea reigns supreme as the primary export route, accounting for 80% of our exports. About 10% of our exports are channeled through the Danube, with the remainder, around 3-5%, traversing Poland, totaling approximately 300-350 thousand tons per month.”
