A new leader is emerging in the Black Sea region: Turkey

Turkey will become the new regional leader — a country with its own ambitions. Ihar Tyshkevich, an expert on russian studies and a political analyst, stated this at the Media Center Ukraine.

“Turkey is today the de facto dominant power in the Black Sea region. It projects its interests and strength into both russian territory and the Caucasus,” he said.

According to Tyshkevych, Poland also has ambitions to become a regional leader.
