3-4 years and more than UAH 900 billion required to restore the infrastructure – Ukravtodor
Andriy Ivko, First Deputy Head of the State Agency for Automobile Roads of Ukraine (Ukravtodor), said during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine that 3-4 years were required to restore the road infrastructure destroyed by the russian occupiers. The restored roads and bridges will be more comfortable and safer.
«We will complete everything in three or four years, provided we have the financial resources. We have no doubt, we know how to do it. We know how to perform well and how to perform quickly. As soon as we are able to do this work, we will start working 24/7, as we can,» – Ivko said.
Andriy Ivko also added that according to Ukravtodor’s estimates, the damage to road infrastructure as a result of russia’s full-scale invasion amounted to over UAH 900 billion.
