297 killed, 669 injured by explosive devices since the full-scale invasion commenced, according to the SES
Since the onset of the full-scale invasion, 297 individuals have lost their lives due to the explosive device detonation in Ukraine, with 15 of them being children, and 669 others have sustained injuries, including 78 children.
Oleksandr Khorunzhyi, Press Officer of the State Emergency Service, revealed these statistics during a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.
“Because of Russian aggression, roughly 156 thousand square kilometers still pose a potential mine threat. Regrettably, as per the secretariat of the national mine action authority, 297 individuals, including 15 children, have lost their lives to explosive ordnance since the start of the full-blown Russian aggression. Additionally, 669 individuals, including 78 children, have been injured. These figures are up to date,” stated Oleksandr Khorunzhyi.
