220 more children need to be evacuated from settlements of Kherson region

Since the forced evacuation started, since October 24, a total of 573 children and their families have already been evacuated from 23 settlements of Kherson region. Currently, about 220 more children still need to be evacuated.

Oleksandr Tolokonnikov, Spokesman for the Kherson Oblast Military Administration, made this statement during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

“The largest number of children remained in the settlements of Komyshany and Pryozerne; there are more than 100 children. About 10 of the 23 settlements still have children,” he said.

According to Oleksandr Tolokonnikov, work to evacuate children continues.
